How to Engage with Project: Anything’s Possible

For Businesses, Organisations & Potential Apprentices

Project: Anything’s Possible offers flexible, high‑impact ways for organisations and individuals to engage with our programmes. Whether your goal is to develop new talent, support community impact, or upskill your existing workforce, we have routes that support growth, capability, and social value.

For Businesses & Employers

We offer three ways to engage:

OPTION 1

Engage Through Prima Uno (Fully Managed Model)

Under this model, apprentices are employed by Project: Anything’s Possible and fully seconded into Prima Uno, who manage:

  • All technical development and discipline rotations
  • Mentoring from skilled project controls professionals
  • Structured learning plans
  • Training compliance and progression
  • Ongoing pastoral care in partnership with PaP

Why employers choose Option 1:

  • No need to design technical placements
  • No training or pastoral administration
  • Consistent training quality and rotation experience
  • Minimal HR burden
  • Guaranteed apprentice competence at agreed milestones

This model delivers the highest assurance of apprentice success and is ideal for organisations fulfilling social value commitments with minimal internal demand.

OPTION 2

Direct Engagement with the Academy (Hybrid Model)

More hands‑on for employers who want deeper involvement.

Here, apprentices spend the majority of their time within your organisation after Year 1, supported by:

  • Monthly Academy-based technical development
  • Mentoring from Prima Uno
  • Continued pastoral support from PaP
  • Quarterly reviews

Why employers choose Option 2:

  • Greater influence over apprentice development
  • Strong alignment with internal workforce planning
  • Continues to meet Fair Work and social value obligations

This model suits organisations with strong internal structures and the capacity to create varied project controls experience.

OPTION 3
