Stage 1: 15‑Week Project Controls Fundamentals Programme

A tailored early‑skills course covering eight core modules. Learners will:

  • Complete individual and group assignments
  • Build a lifecycle group project
  • Experience real project scenarios
  • Gain exposure to industry tools
  • Develop confidence, communication, and teamwork

This stage culminates in an ECITB qualification, preparing learners for the apprenticeship programme.

Stage 2: The 3‑Year Apprenticeship

A unique, fully supported pathway with:

Year 1 — Foundations

  • Technical mentor assigned from day one
  • Rotation through core disciplines
  • Shadowing, small tasks, and structured development
  • Quarterly in‑house learning and assessments
  • Soft‑skills coaching

Years 2 & 3 — Advanced Development

  • Start NVQ Level 3 in Project Controls
  • Evidence gathering and assessment
  • Training in P6, estimating tools, risk systems, Power BI
  • Continued pastoral and technical mentoring
  • Final assessment and progression planning
